I found out about North American Roofing Company in the Parish Neighbors of Champions and Klein magazine. I called and left a message that I needed a platform built for my hot water heater in my attic. Within 30 minutes Alex called, was at my house later that day and actually talked on the phone with the plumber to see exactly what was needed. Within the week I had a new platform built that the plumber was very happy with! Any time i needed clarification on anything, Alex was there. Cannot say enough good things about Alex! Will definitely be recommending and using North American Roofing Company moving forward.

North American Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our house. Alex Reyes provided a comprehensive overview of the roofing materials they were installing which left no doubt about the what we would be getting with the finished product. Michael Obregon was the project manager and made certain the work was completed per the specs and job site was fully cleaned up before the crew left. He went over and above replacing a skylight that wasn’t included in the original scope of work. I highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

The owner came to my house and did the free roof inspection. The inspection was done the same day I called. The repair was done the following day. The person who did the work was on time and courteous. The repair was completed in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. Pictures were provided of the roof so I could see the area of concern. There were boxes that had chipped edges. These boxes were replaced. I will definitely call North American Roofing Company again if needed and recommend them highly.
